Refund policy

At Cocodor.me, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, provided that the product and its packaging remain undamaged. Please review the following guidelines for our return policy:

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. The product and its original packaging must be in new and unused condition.
  3. Damaged products, products with missing parts, or products with damaged packaging are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at hello@cocodor.me within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.
  2. Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  6. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  2. The refund amount will exclude any original shipping charges and return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  3. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned product.

Exceptions:

  1. Personalized or customized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  2. If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate a replacement or refund.

Cocodor.me reserves the right to refuse a return if the product and its packaging do not meet our return policy criteria. We also reserve the right to amend this return policy at our discretion.
